Your session includes a standard usage license for the client who booked the shoot. This covers organic social posting, websites, press releases, EPK use, announcements, and basic promotional materials tied to your project.

Licensing Upgrades (when needed)

  • Paid Media License: for ads, boosted posts, sponsored campaigns, and ticket promotions

  • Third-Party Use Add-On: when another organization needs usage (agency, venue, label, sponsor, PR team)

  • Print / Packaging / Merch License: for album packaging, products, merchandise, and resale items

  • Extended Term: choose 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year licensing for the usage type above

  • Buyout Option: available for broad usage needs; details provided on request

Copyright
Copyright remains with the photographer. You’re purchasing usage rights based on the license selected. Licensing can be expanded later if your usage grows.

Portrait Sessions (default)
Portrait sessions include personal use and self-promotion use. Business, advertising, product, or third-party use can be licensed as needed.

  • Yes. If your usage expands (paid ads, larger campaigns, merch, third-party use), licensing can be upgraded without re-shooting.
