On-location press sessions (45 minutes each)
Retouched, high-resolution images per session
Standard press sessions: 10 retouched images per session

Licensing & Usage At A Glance
Copyright stays with the photographer (me) unless a buyout is purchased.
Standard usage covers press, social, and web for the artist/team.
Merch sales, advertising, album art, and commercial campaigns require separate licensing.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Notice must be received ≥ 24 hours before show start time
Cancellations within 24 hours may count as redeemed unless rescheduled within the same week
Unused sets expire after 90 days; a 30-day extension may be granted at photographer discretion for tour/agency changes (full details in rate sheet)
Payment
Full payment due at time of block purchase
Blocks are non-transferable and non-refundable after purchase

Live coverage is show/night coverage: you’ll get 10–20 selects within 48 hours and a full gallery within 7 days.
Press coverage is a planned portrait session: you’ll get a retouched set delivered within 7 days (optional 48-hour rushavailable). -
Blocks are valid for 90 days from purchase. Sessions are scheduled first-come, first-served, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate show changes and short notice when possible.

If you need ads, merch, album art, or commercial campaigns, that’s licensed separately. -
If you give 24+ hours notice, we can typically reschedule within your block window. Late cancellations may count as redeemed depending on timing. Full details are provided in the rate sheet

Yes. Denver-metro coverage is built in. Outside the metro, travel is billed at $0.67/mile after the first + last 30 miles. For out-of-state work, the client covers required travel costs (flights/transport and lodging if needed).
