HOW IT WORKS

  1. Pick a block (Artist / Agency Live / Agency Press)

  2. Book sessions inside a 90-day window (first-come, first-served)

  3. Delivery stays consistent, based on coverage type:

    • Live coverage: 10–20 selects within 48 hours + full gallery delivered within 7 days

    • Press coverage: retouched set delivered within 7 days (optional 48-hour rush available)

Working Artist Blocks

Best for: solo artists or duos building momentum for a release, press campaign, or consistent content plan.

Agency Partner Blocks (live sets)

Best for: agencies managing multiple artists, recurring Denver shows, rosters, labels, promoters, and teams that need repeatable coverage.

Agency Press Blocks

Best for: management/PR/labels who need repeat press assets across campaigns — clean, consistent, and delivered on time.

Includes (high level)

  • On-location press sessions (45 minutes each)

  • Retouched, high-resolution images per session

    • Standard press sessions: 10 retouched images per session

    • Hybrid option includes studio sessions with 15 retouched images per studio session (full details in rate sheet)

  • 7-day delivery standard

  • Optional upgrades: 48-hour rush, full-gallery upgrade, studio rental/setup (details in rate sheet)

Licensing & Usage At A Glance

  • Copyright stays with the photographer (me) unless a buyout is purchased.

  • Standard usage covers press, social, and web for the artist/team.

  • Merch sales, advertising, album art, and commercial campaigns require separate licensing.

Usage Window & Scheduling

  • Blocks are valid for 90 days from purchase

  • Scheduling is first-come, first-served

  • Coverage requests may be submitted up to 24 hours before a show

  • Short-notice requests accepted when possible (not guaranteed)

Add-Ons + Travel

  • Additional assistants/lighting available on request

  • Travel beyond the Denver metro area billed at $0.67/mile after the first + last 30 miles

  • Out-of-state travel costs paid by client (flights, ground transport, baggage/gear fees, lodging if required)

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Notice must be received ≥ 24 hours before show start time

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may count as redeemed unless rescheduled within the same week

  • Unused sets expire after 90 days; a 30-day extension may be granted at photographer discretion for tour/agency changes (full details in rate sheet)

Payment

  • Full payment due at time of block purchase

  • Blocks are non-transferable and non-refundable after purchase

  • Live coverage is show/night coverage: you’ll get 10–20 selects within 48 hours and a full gallery within 7 days.
    Press coverage is a planned portrait session: you’ll get a retouched set delivered within 7 days (optional 48-hour rushavailable).

  • Blocks are valid for 90 days from purchase. Sessions are scheduled first-come, first-served, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate show changes and short notice when possible.

  • You get usage for press + web + social (artist/team promo). Copyright stays with me unless a buyout is purchased.
    If you need ads, merch, album art, or commercial campaigns, that’s licensed separately.

  • If you give 24+ hours notice, we can typically reschedule within your block window. Late cancellations may count as redeemed depending on timing. Full details are provided in the rate sheet

  • Yes. Denver-metro coverage is built in. Outside the metro, travel is billed at $0.67/mile after the first + last 30 miles. For out-of-state work, the client covers required travel costs (flights/transport and lodging if needed).
