Live music coverage is priced by venue capacity because the size of the room changes the scope of the job. A small club set and a 5,000-capacity venue do not require the same level of access, movement, coverage, editing, or usage value. This structure keeps pricing fair while making it easy to scale coverage based on the show.

Each music photography package applies to one set and includes 48-hour delivery of 10–20 edited selects, with the full collection delivered no later than 14 days after the event. Sessions include a standard usage license for the client who booked the shoot, covering organic social posting, websites, press releases, EPK use, announcements, and basic promotional materials tied to the project.

Add-ons are available for soundcheck coverage, behind-the-scenes/lifestyle coverage, and extended licensing.
